2. What We Do

We're a design studio and software company that builds mobile apps, web services, and open-source projects. Some things we make are free, some aren't. We'll always be clear about which is which.

3. Your Account

If you create an account, keep your info accurate and your password secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If something sketchy happens, let us know immediately.

4. Play Nice

• ·Don't reverse engineer our software

5. Our Stuff

Everything we create — code, designs, content — belongs to us or our licensors. Some projects are open-source with specific licenses (check the repos). For everything else, don't copy or redistribute without permission.

6. Payments

If you buy something, provide accurate payment info. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Prices can change, and you're responsible for applicable taxes.

7. Third Parties

We link to and integrate with third-party services (app stores, payment processors, etc.). Their terms apply to your use of their services. We're not responsible for their stuff.

8. No Guarantees

Our services are provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't promise everything will work perfectly all the time. We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

9. Indemnification

If you cause problems by violating these terms, you agree to cover any resulting costs or damages we face. Don't make us regret building cool stuff.

10. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can also stop using our services anytime. Some provisions survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and update the date. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

12. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by US law. Any disputes go to US courts. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
